Hi, working on a project, but got halted when i try to assign pointers from a router to a wallbox when the router its specific place in the drawing it won't assign the sys name to the pointers and i just get the blue "IF COL" text on the pointer cable. When i move the router on the drawing and try to place the pointers again, it has no problem assigning sys name on the pointer. I uploaded a photo with two components, but i could do it with just one and it would still work the same.

I think I see your problem from the image you posted. The Link Pointer function relies on being able to retrieve the attach polyline that is the cable.
It appears that you have another polyline crossing directly over the connection point to the pointer.
Shift that polyline away from its current position and try again.
