This is an issue that has come to light with Windows 10 and multiple resolution monitors.
The fix is to tell windows to stop trying to scale the application.
We will be issuing an update next week that does this automatically but you can force it to happen now.
Steps:
1. Right-click the desktop shortcut for WireCAD and click Properties.
2. Select the Compatibility tab.
3. Check the box that says "Override Scaling..."
4. Click OK

Please note that this approach will force WIndows to not scale the forms only if you launch the program from the desktop icon. If you double-click a drawing to open the application it will still exhibit the issue. The fix that we are issuing next week handle both.
