This is something that started happening in 9. Dialog boxes are showing up super small, as if my monitor were 4K, but it isn't. I've got a 15" monitor, and the About WireCAD9 window that you can see in the screenshot is tiny and almost unreadable.

It happens with single and dual monitors.

This is a windows 10 thing. You may want to set the properties on the WireCAD v9 shortcut to disable scaling on high dpi devices.
