Hi, I am having an issue getting my border to show up on a new layout that I have created for a drawing that was originally created in AutoCAD. I have the drawing in the WireCAD project and added a layout that I want to us for printing by adding a viewport. I am able to add the viewport, but I am not able to get the correct border to show on the page. I am using the "Insert Block Into Drawing" function to choose my border, but it is not showing up. Is this the correct way to do this?

Thanks.

When inserting a block from a file the file to be inserted must have the geometry to insert contained in the MODEL space.

WireCAD template drawings are preset drawings that are meant to be the parent drawing of a newly created drawing. They are already structured with layouts, page borders and possibly model space boundaries. Because of this they are not good candidates for the Insert Block from File operation (since the Model space is probably empty).
