- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any product in its original condition to Holbrook Enterprises, Inc. via traceable means of shipping. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will not be accepted for return.
- Holbrook Enterprises, Inc. is unable to accept returns of downloadable products, CDs, or diskettes.

- Holbrook Enterprises, Inc. ships via UPS. Please note that when you order Holbrook Enterprises, Inc. products, they will automatically ship to your mailing address. Holbrook Enterprises, Inc. ships via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please keep this in mind when inputing or making changes to your mailing address. - Prices and product availability are subject to change. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days or holidays).
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- Orders with priority shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Worldwide Express) will be processed the same day if the order is received by 2:00 pm PST.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
